What does the Bible mean when it says, “Christ in you”? It means the risen Christ Jesus, the Son of the Living God literally takes up residence within you. You are not just a follower of Christ; you are His dwelling place. His Spirit lives in you, walks in you, speaks through you by the Holy Spirit.

Scripture boldly declares, For we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones - Ephesians 5:30. As a Christian, you are inseparably united with Him. His hands are your hands. His feet are your feet. You are the physical extension of Christ on earth. As Paul affirms, Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? - 1 Corinthians 6:15. This is supernatural reality. As a Christian, you are inseparably united with Him, joined together as one. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:20, …I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. Hallelujah!

When Paul wrote, Not that we are sufficient of ourselves… but our sufficiency is of God - 2 Corinthians 3:5, he wasn’t giving a humble disclaimer. He was testifying to a powerful revelation: that his every victory, every word, every miracle was made possible because Christ was alive in him. That same sufficiency belongs to you.

Let this truth sink deep into your spirit: I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me - Philippians 4:13. This is a bold confession of someone who knows that the One who conquered death now dwells within. You are not merely human anymore. You are united with deity. But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit - 1 Corinthians 6:17.

You are one with the Lord. You are empowered by His Spirit. Therefore, you can boldly declare My sufficiency is of God! This means His divine ability is actively working in and through you. That’s why you are unstoppable, unshakable, prosperous, productive and full of divine purpose. Glory to God!
